                                                       Masdar Project

   Masdar Intend to build wind farm near the Saudi Arabian border. 7 per cent is from renewable energy within nine years. By 2020 the Government has reported the 7 per cent target. Masdar is subsidiary of Mubadala for Abu Dhabi government seeks to become a leader in making renewable energy. The new plant would produce 100 mw. For wind, 100mw which is blank. In January Masdar will get the contract. The Research will be finished after six weeks. It is difficult to improve wind power in GCC than solar power. Especially, in the UAE it is very limited. According to Masdar’s estimates, the project cost 200$m at least. Wind is unique project and it will attract markets and banks in Dubai.
